So you are looking for a spray that can kill bed bugs?
Eaton's Bed Bug Killer is a quart sized ready to use spray used mostly as a follow up to a bed bug treatment to kill any re-emerging bed bugs. It is an oil based contact killer so there is no residual and because it is oil based you have to be careful where you spray it. It seems to be getting good review on the web. One of the few products out there specifically for the little buggers. Eaton Kills Bed Bugs is a product I would use carefully.

I have used this product and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Kills the bug on CONTACT! doesnt take much to watch them stand up with their head up high and going backward... DIE YOU KEEPERS FROM MY SLEEP!!!! It is oil based and therefore has NO residual. its been a year now and have only seen a couple here and there.. and have eradicated them accordingly. I just wish they would take care of the EGGS TOO!! they are 9/10 of the battle!
